Christmas has come and gone

Can't believe Christmas has come and gone! We had a great time with family. Both of our parents were able to be here for Mackenzie's first Christmas! Mackenzie's great-grandparents joined us via Skype! Mackenzie got into the unwrapping, but of course loved the paper and tissue the best. She got tons of toys, books, and dolls. We're going to put some away and bring it out later. She even got 3 of the same toy! Guess she was a good little girl this year!

It was my first time hosting a big holiday meal and I think it turned out well! Brian smoked some brisket and I made the usual sides. Of course we ate too much food and way too many cookies. But that's what New Years Resolutions are for, right?
