We had an awesome long weekend. Here's a recap:
Thursday evening: headed back to Brian's parents house in KC
Friday: spent the day in Topkea with my parents. Had yummy home cooked food and did a little shopping with my mom!
Saturday: Brian fried a turkey while I enjoyed his parents new screened in porch. It was so relaxing just sitting out there. It was so cool in KC, such a change from the heat down here. In the evening we had a good dinner and watched fireworks with Brians parents and his brother/wife.
Sunday: saw a friend from college and headed back to Tulsa!
Monday: did stuff around the house and relaxed some more! So glad we took an extra day off!
I cant believe the 4 day weekend is over...at least it's only a 4 day work week!
